All full‐time and part‐time regular employees (working a minimum of 30 hours per week) and their eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following R. H. Sheppard Group Health Benefits Plan. Coverage for electing employees (and their eligible dependents) is effective on the first of the month following 60 days of employment.
