Kristen Perryman is the Director of Human Resources at R.H. Sheppard Co., Inc., based in Hanover, PA. With over 13 years of experience in human capital management and 9 of them focused in transportation manufacturing, Kristen has a proven track record of driving strategic HR initiatives that align with organizational goals and foster a culture of excellence. 

Kristen brings deep expertise in talent acquisition and retention, employee relations and engagement, organizational development, and compliance. She is known for her collaborative leadership style, her ability to build high-performing teams, and her commitment to creating inclusive, people-centered workplaces. She has successfully led transformative HR projects, including leadership development programs, and workforce planning strategies that have enhanced employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Kristen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and she is passionate about mentoring emerging HR professionals and championing continuous improvement across all levels of the organization.

Outside of work, Kristen enjoys cheering on her four children at lacrosse and football games, discovering new restaurants with her husband, and expressing her creativity through home decorating.
