Kevin Stevick is the Chief Executive Officer of RH Sheppard based in Hanover, PA, with over 40 years of leadership experience in the metals manufacturing industry, including 25 years as CEO of private equity-owned portfolio companies.

He is known for his strategic vision, operational expertise, and commitment to building high-performing teams. His leadership continues to drive innovation, growth, and long-term value for the company and its stakeholders. Outside of work, Kevin is a devoted family man, married to his wife Patti, with four children and four grandchildren.

Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and a Master of Science in Business Analytics from Grand Canyon University.
