His career spans key sectors including commercial vehicles, aerospace & defense, and public safety, where he has held progressive leadership roles in financial management, investor relations, and international offset.

Throughout his career, D’Ante has consistently driven organizational transformation—whether through business turnarounds, high-growth value creation, or long-term operational optimization. He is equally passionate about building high-performing teams and cultivating the next generation of leadership.

D’Ante holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from The Pennsylvania State University. He resides in Maryland, with his wife Brittany and their two daughters, who support him on this professional journey.
