Our state-of-the-art continuous in-line molding operation is just one facet of our totally integrated manufacturing process. We are also capable of taking new designs and ideas through concept and engineering to manufacturing and assembly and doing it in a compressed time frame. Other foundry processes are all important factors in our success as a leading supplier of quality machined parts, components and castings.
The Sheppard Foundry is the largest supplier of compacted graphite castings in the United States. We also produce various grades of gray, ductile and austempered ductile iron. All metal grades are poured to the highest standard and verification level possible to meet the variety of specialized needs required by our customers. Because of our extensive in-house capabilities, we enjoy greater flexibility and can provide rapid prototypes of even the most complex designs for every application. We also provide outsource capability for various castings such as control valves, bushings, drill bits, knotter frames and brake housings.
