Foundry Capabilities

Our foundries are among the most automated and advanced in the world. The entire production process is paperless and computer terminals are located throughout, including right next to the furnaces! Molding specifications are retrieved from the master database and mold production is automatically captured; pouring uses the molding information to prepare specific alloys in advance; the lab attaches their test results to the specific heat; and shipping uses the lab results to prepare certifications.

Heat Treat:

  • 2 heat treat furnaces for normalizing and annealing
